The Electrical Training Alliance (formerly the NJATC) is a collaboration of the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW). Together they have developed the most comprehensive training programs in the industry.

From standardized training for apprentices to state of the art journeymen courses to annual instructor’s programs at the University of Michigan, the ETA offers local JATC’s curriculum that is second to none.

Local 269 JATC offers opportunities to journeymen and apprentices to acquire knowledge and skills relating to new technologies and current National Electrical Code requirements.
